Jerk :   a vector quantity that specifies time rate of change of acceleration - units m/s3



Joule : J : kg·m2·s-2 :   the derived SI derived unit of work or energy.

Equal to the work done by a force of 1 newton acting through a distance of one meter.

1 J = 1 N·m = 1 kg·m2·s-2 = 1 W·s = 107 ergs



joule per cubic metre : J/m3 :   energy density.



joule per kilogram : J/kg :   specific energy.
